Throughout my career, I have worked in several leading pharmaceutical companies in
Jordan including Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where I’ve gained an experience in several
departments, starting from Quality Assurance roles and progressing to QC Raw material
Senior Supervisor and Most recently as API Lead in Procurement and Supply Chain.

I led laboratory operations, ensured full compliance with cGMP/GLP and Data Integrity
standards, and supported internal and external regulatory audits, managed supplier
qualification, sourcing strategy, contract negotiations, and compliance oversight to secure
consistent and reliable API supply.

I am a CQI-IRCA Certified QMS ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and hold a mini-MBA, with strong
technical expertise in; GMP & QMS implementation, documentation management, best
quality practices, OOS/OOT investigations, CAPA, change control, deviation management,
risk assessment, Method validation, method verification, method transfer, Elemental
impurities assessment and compliance, Nitrosamine impurities control and risk evaluation
strategies, API sourcing, procurement planning, supplier evaluation/qualification, Water
treatment systems and compliance considerations, Operation, troubleshooting, and data
interpretation of analytical instruments, including: HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Raman, NIR,
ICP/MS, TOC, and Particle Size Analysis
